Can we bring our pet?
OF COURSE!! Pets are part of the family, and I'd love for them to be apart of your photos. To make sure everything goes smoothly, I recommend bringing along a friend or family member to help manage your pet when they're not in the shot. Also, feel free to bring any treats or toys that will help keep them happy and engaged during the session.
What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?
The ideal time for a newborn photography session is within the first 1-3 weeks. During this period, newborns are generally sleepier, allowing for those adorable, peaceful poses. It's also when they are most flexible, making it easier to position them in various poses. Booking the session early ensures that we can capture these precious, fleeting moments when your baby is still in their tiniest and most delicate stage.
Will you make me look thinner?
My goal is to capture genuine, beautiful moments that truly reflect who you are, which is why I don’t alter body shapes or sizes in my editing process. I do my best to remove any temporary blemishes, such as scratches or pimples, but otherwise, I focus on natural edits that enhance your photos without altering your appearance. You are perfect just as you are, and I strive to celebrate that in every image I create!
How should we dress for our family session?
For your family session, I recommend choosing outfits that are comfortable, coordinated, and reflect your personal style. Here are a few tips:
Coordinate Colors: Select a color palette that works well together without being too matchy. Soft, neutral tones or earthy colors photograph beautifully and allow the focus to stay on your family.
Avoid Bold Patterns: While subtle patterns can add interest, try to avoid loud patterns or logos that may be distracting!
Be Comfortable: Make sure everyone feels comfortable with what they’re wearing.
Timeless Over Trendy: Opt for classic styles that won’t feel outdated when you look back on the photos years from now.

Can I have all the unedited photos?
Part of experience of booking a professional photography session is the editing process. This process ensures that each image reflects my quality standards and artistic style. I carefully select and edit the best images from your session to create a polished and cohesive gallery that you’ll love. Trusting me with the editing process helps ensure you receive the highest-quality final product.
Do I have to pay upfront?
A 50% retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due 24-48 hours before the day of your session. This retainer ensures your spot in my calendar and allows me to prepare for your session. If you have any questions about payment options, feel free to reach out!
